Getmee Unveils Product Council to Shape the Future of AI-Powered Learning and Employability

Getmee, a global leader in AI-powered employability skills development, proudly announces the formation of its inaugural Product Council, a strategic advisory group made up of senior leaders from across Australia’s education and employment sectors. The Council’s role is to ensure Getmee’s product roadmap remains deeply aligned with real-world needs, shaped by the expertise and insight of our partners.

The Council has representation from Getmee partners, including AMES Australia, MTC FutureReady, genU Training, and Y Careers. These members bring decades of commercial, operational, technical, and strategic experience across employment services, foundational skills, commercial training programs, and digital transformation.

Product Council Members:

Linh Le – Senior Manager of Education Services, AMES Australia
A seasoned leader in foundational skills and English language and VET education, Linh brings a unique blend of expertise across teacher training, quality assurance, compliance, and AI adoption in education. Her deep experience ensures the Getmee roadmap remains grounded in evidence-based education practices that support adult learners and migrant communities.

Warwick Kowalczyk – Chief Information Officer, MTC FutureReady
Warwick offers high-level experience in technology strategy and consulting, focused on helping individuals build valuable skills for the future workforce. His insight ensures Getmee stays at the forefront of digital innovation, delivering AI tools that drive tangible employment outcomes.

Richard Johnson – Head of Commercial, genU Training
Richard leads large-scale commercial program development across Australia’s employment services landscape. With national experience in DES and Job Services Australia rollouts, his contribution ensures the Getmee product aligns with government and industry frameworks to support sustainable outcomes.

Mark Mitchell – CIO & General Manager, Y Careers
Mark brings a strategic vision for ICT in complex, multi-regional environments. With a track record in organisation-wide digital transformation, his focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing will enhance the scalability and integration of Getmee’s solutions.

Sean Redington – UI/UX Lead, Getmee AI
Sean champions user-centred design at Getmee, working closely with the Council to ensure user experience remains central to product development. His role ensures that every insight shared by the Council is translated into intuitive, meaningful user journeys.

Purpose of the Product Council
The Product Council will:

  • Validate the roadmap against real-world requirements in education and employment services
